The driver of your vehicle’s likes to put the safety of others at risk on the roads. When questioned why he was on my tail end where I have a baby in the back seat he just shrugged his shoulders. Two white men one a little older, in Slidell la were very careless.

Our first experience with Lightning Services was after Hurricane Ida. Our brand new Generac failed and we had a hard time getting someone to service it and when we finally did, they couldn’t fix it. We then got in touch with Lightening Services and they were able to get someone out and get our generator fixed. We’ve had them come out a couple of times since then, they are very responsive and knowledgeable. The people who schedule the appointments are also very sweet and helpful.We’ve also had them come out for an A/C issue and they were able to quickly identify and fix the issue.I highly recommend them!

Two very personable, talented and professional individuals were a pleasure to have come and repair our issue. Furthermore, they explained the matter and even gave me a short course on how to handle in future that might solve such a problem in a matter of minutes. I give this company 5 stars, and if 6 was available I would give them 6!I am a new homeowner with a generator, and they have been so helpful with explaining this piece of equipment. They also respond to issues very quickly. When my app alerted me that something was wrong, I simply called the company and they sent out their technician within the hour. I have had the pleasure of meeting Marc and Lyle, And both were genuinely lovely to work with. This type of customer service feels like a dying Breed in the world today. This is not the case when dealing with this company. I Appreciate them and feel safe in their care! A Generator is an expensive piece of equipment, and it deserves the best quality care. Thank you! Marc and Lyle will take care of you!
