Lightning responded immediately to my Saturday emergency call, and Marc was promptly there. He found the problem and my AC was working the next day. Devin was here to replace my filter on Monday. Both Mark and Devon were extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated their work very much.

Roy the technician that serviced our unit was one of the best technicians across a range of disciplines that I encountered. Knowledgeable, courteous, thourough and respectful. He took the time to explain everything and he even put shoe covers on his boots while in our home.
